Welcome to The Schools Group. We are dedicated to providing mental health services to children and adolescents in Chicago schools, to training graduate students in clinical practice, and to providing consultation and support to working professionals in the mental health field.
Our training and consultation are based on the Client-Centered Approach, developed by Carl Rogers and furthered by many others, both here and abroad. In that tradition, we provide a framework and relationship within which our students and colleagues can learn and develop as clinicians.
